There is a lot of information on the “best” eating plan for you. In this class we will look at the pros and cons of many of these plans and then look at how you can take pieces of some of them to improve your own eating habits and health.

Food safety is important for everyone – but it’s extremely important for individuals with a weakened immune system, including people over the age of 65, as well as those with disorders or diseases that affect the immune system such as cancer and diabetes. This topic covers not only safety but storage and preparation.
